The Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC™) is responsible for coordinating the activities of multiple Scrum Teams working in parallel on large projects, in order to develop potentially shippable product increments/deliverables. The Scaled Scrum Master fosters collaboration and coaches others in the implementation of Scrum, in order to smooth the delivery of the project’s products. In addition to clearing impediments and ensuring a conducive project environment for the Scrum Teams, the Scaled Scrum Master collaborates with the Chief Product Owner, other Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in activities such as developing the list of components and resources needed in common for all teams throughout the project.
