This three day course will provide attendees with an in-depth understanding of the role and responsibilities of an RTE in the SAFe enterprise. Through this understanding, attendees will be able to facilitate and enable end-to-end value delivery through ARTs and build a high-performing ART.

Through experiential learning, attendees will examine the RTE role in a Lean-Agile transformation.They will learn to facilitate the process of ART and its execution, to coach the leaders, the teams and the Scrum masters in the new process and mindset. They will also be taught how to plan, plan, and execute an event for a program increase (PI), which is the primary enabler for alignment at all levels in the SAFe enterprise.
