I have a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences and Social Services, and a combined 3 years experience in administration. i currently work for Vox Telecom as a Leads Desk Administrator, my duties are as follows :
• Plan and coordinate Daily activities.
• Attend to day-to-day tasks on the leads desk meeting predetermined as well as ADHOC objectives as set out by the direct line manager.
• Deal with escalations from team members.
• Plan and coordinate daily workload successfully and report when not possible to do so with Plan Of Action to rectify in future.
• To communicate lapses & potential issues that would impact Leads Desk environment together with POA immediately as I become aware.
• Request ADHOC resources for forecasted workloads as and when required
• Report accurately on all activities daily by consolidating and ratifying all team member’s efforts and reports.
• Lead and motivate team members.
• Ensure redundancy for both the lead and between the team members is continuously in place.
• Continually analyse quality & efficacy of daily activities per team member.
• Feedback to team and management on progress of the desk, and individual team members on a weekly basis.
• Improve on identified shortfalls in team by arranging/providing training or feedback to induce improvement where required.
• Ensure the smooth flow and share of information between team members and stakeholders.
• Document and communicate changes in processes and workflows.
• Work together with internal divisions to alleviate unnecessary pressure on team and improve processes where possible.
• Update or create reports on excel on Sales Commission, SLA Violation, Precinct Growth, Precinct, Ticket Analysis, Sales Report, Sales Financial Report, products and HR files
