Role Description
Solutions Architect – Channels: Supports design, documentation, and implementation of front-end architectures and integration with backend services. Works under guidance of senior architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing detailed solution designs for app/web features.
- Collaborate with development squads to ensure adherence to design principles.
- Support channel architecture reviews and contribute to design documents.
- Document integration patterns between channels and backend APIs.
- Conduct POCs and support technology evaluations for front-end tools.
KPI’s
- Number of successfully implemented solution designs.
- % of solution designs approved without major rework.
- Developer satisfaction with architectural support.
- Time taken to respond to design requests or issues.
- Number of front-end components aligned with design system.
Minimum Qualifications – Solutions Architect Channels
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in mobile/web development or systems architecture and design
- Technical Skills:
- Exposure to app/web architecture and design patterns.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, mobile SDKs, responsive design.
- Experience collaborating in agile/scrum teams.
- Certifications (preferred):
- Basic AWS/Azure/Google Cloud certification or mobile platform certification
