Role Purpose
To provide operational and coordination support to the Group Compliance function by assisting
with the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of compliance frameworks, regulatory
obligations, and governance activities across the Company’s operating markets.
Key Accountabilities
Support the Legal Compliance Programme in the execution and maintenance of the
Regulatory Universes, and Compliance Risk Management Plans (CRMPs)
- Assist with regulatory tracking and high-level impact assessments.
- Prepare committee packs for the compliance function.
- Execution and support of the Anti-Bribery & Corruption programme activities.
- Operationalisation of the Company’s 3 Lines of Defense
- Coordinate with market compliance teams and follow up on actions and submissions.
Decision-Making Authority
No independent decision-making authority. Operates under supervision of the Group
Compliance leadership.

Internal: Group Compliance, Market Compliance Teams, Legal, Risk, Privacy
External: None (coordination support only)
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Undergraduate Degree and at least 5 years working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Compliance, legal, risk or governance experience
- Strong coordination, reporting and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and strong written communication
Advantageous:
- Multi-jurisdictional compliance exposure
- Exposure to Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Competition Law or Data Protection
